Association for the further development and networking of humanities and cultural studies research infrastructures in Germany and Europe

Our Goals

  • Advocacy for the humanities and cultural studies at the national and international level through NFDI, NHR, EOSC, RDA, etc., as well as via ERICs
  • Coordination of national nodes for European humanities and cultural studies research infrastructures
  • Cooperation with science policy, research organizations, scholarly societies, and additional humanities and cultural studies interest groups
  • Thematic focus on digital research infrastructures, research data, virtual research environments, and digital research processes, with particular attention to user perspectives in research and teaching
  • Consulting, provision, further development, and dissemination of knowledge, tools, and services to promote digital scholarly cultures at the national and international level
